We also have experience in the arena of taxation cases and disputes with the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and have been involved in a number of important tax cases. Our team have provided advise on tax related issues in the past and present. Our practice in legal tax matters involves constitutional jurisdiction of judicial review and the special statutory jurisdiction in the High Court Division, particularly under the Income Tax Ordinance 1984. Our team also works VAT laws including appearance at the VAT appellate tribunal. Besides, our team also advise on double taxation agreements and incentive and exemption regimes for foreign investors.
