Our practice in legal tax matters involves constitutional jurisdiction of judicial review and the special statutory jurisdiction in the High Court Division, particularly under the Income Tax Ordinance 1984. Our team also works VAT laws including appearance at the VAT appellate tribunal. Besides, our team also advise on double taxation agreements and incentive and exemption regimes for foreign investors.
