Mr. Mahmud specializes in matters relating to criminal, writ (Judicial Review), company and Income Tax References. He is also experienced in corporate, business and commercial matters as well as in banking and finance, land and real–estate, labour and employment, IT and IP. He also has training in Arbitration and mediation and been part of numerous arbitrations. Mr. Mahmud has been representing clients from both inside and outside of Bangladesh. He has been acting as a Lawyer for several foreign companies as well as individuals.
He is also representing Group of companies and Non–Governmental Organizations (NGOs) based in Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh. Mr. Mahmud completed his LLB (Hons.) from University of London and was thereafter called to the Bar from The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn after successful completion of his Bar Vocational Course from City University London. He was associated with prominent law firms in Bangladesh such as Farooq & Associates, Patwary Jurists and Associates and Jurimetrics.
In 2022 Mr. Mahmud was appointed as the Asian Vice President for AEA Advisory Board.
